How do I know how much space I need?

When you get in touch with us, we will help you assess how big a space you need as this varies a lot depending on what you are storing. We have a huge selection of room sizes, ranging from a small locker to huge open space so we will always be able to fit you in. Can I add items to my room once I've moved in?

Of course you can add as many items as you wish to, as long as they fit into your room!

Do I have to take out StoreProtect, or can I use my own insurance?

No, you do not have to take out StoreProtect however you must be able to demonstrate that all your goods being stored in our storage facility are fully insured. You can take out your own insurance but it must cover goods being placed in self storage. Not all household insurances will cover you whilst your possessions are in a self storage facility, so please check the terms of your insurance and provide us with proof of your cover if not using ours. The proof of insurance provided must state that it covers goods stored in a self storage facility, the name of the facility you are storing at, and the full postal address of the premises. It is your responsibility to keep your insurance documentation valid and up to date.
